The world of wedding travel can be a maze. We help to sort out the options - hotel versus vacation home, airline, car and activities. Maile’s experienced and licensed travel professionals with 30 years of Hawaii travel know how. We are happy to negotiate rates, provide reduced pricing, and due to our extensive Wedding travel and accommodations experience, can offer pre-screened accommodations at hotels or homes. No need to sign contracts and add to your financial burden, Maile has negotiated booking codes that are ready to go, and post, on your wedding website with great ease.

“Maile Planning Tour” Over a two-day period, a Maile staff member will schedule and coordinate meetings with the vendors in the following service categories to select and/or finalize details: Catering, Florals, DJ, Photography, Design, Officiant, Tenting and others of interest. This provides invaluable “face-time” with a Maile Event Coordinator as she provides counsel and recommendations to ensure a well chosen event location. All vendor appointments are subject to their individual availability. Tasting, Table Set up, Floral Design service fees are at an additional cost.

Absolutely one of the key elements to a successful Wedding Event – your professional vendors: Maile has cultivated over a combined 9 years of experience, an in depth knowledge of those professionals who offer our clients quality products and services; timely attention to their inquiries, quotation, and contract needs; great value in pricing; and exceptional execution of their responsibilities. * KOKO A'O (Expert in Hawaiian) DESIGN AND DECOR - Customized consultation with Maile’s Senior Designer, Michelle Garibay

$2000. 00 - $2500.00; pending determination of the scope of the Event
• three (3) one hour phone consultations with Michelle (or in person, if client is in Southern California), unlimited email as necessary to execute Event Design
• assistance in developing design concept, theme, décor and design for your ‘Stellar’ Wedding or Corporate Event
• development of color palette, table concept design, florals, lighting, and any customized design elements requested
• delivery of a specific site plan for your event, including seating for Ceremony and Reception, florals and all elements included above
This service can be coordinated with any outside Event Planner, Caterer, Destination Wedding Consultant or other professional needing on site Design services. If you wish to engage Full Planning Services, please note, our ‘Stellar Service’ and ‘The Maile Event’ both are inclusive of this highly desirable quality service.
